One-Year Limited Warranty

At TooGoodTo™, product quality and reliability are essential to everything we do. All TooGoodTo™ products are covered by a One-Year Limited Warranty, which protects against defects in materials and workmanship starting from the original purchase date.

If an issue arises, our team will work with you to reach a fair and reasonable solution.

1. What This Warranty Covers

Defects in Materials or Manufacturing

If your TooGoodTo™ product is found to have a defect caused by materials or manufacturing, we may, at our discretion, repair or replace the product or affected component at no additional cost, subject to product availability.

Intended Use

Warranty coverage applies only when products are used under normal conditions and for their intended purpose. Our smart home, household, and kitchen products are designed for everyday residential use and are not covered when damage results from misuse, excessive force, or improper handling.

Authorized Purchases

This warranty is valid only for items purchased directly from the official TooGoodTo™ website or from authorized retailers.

2. What This Warranty Does Not Cover

This warranty does not apply to:

• Normal cosmetic wear such as light scratches, surface marks, or finish changes
• Damage caused by drops, impacts, misuse, or neglect
• Cosmetic issues that do not affect product performance
• Damage resulting from improper installation, disassembly, or unauthorized modification
• Damage caused by exposure to moisture, liquids, or improper storage
• Lost or stolen products
• Items purchased from unauthorized sellers or resale platforms
• Use of third-party parts, accessories, or power sources not approved by TooGoodTo™

3. Coverage Duration

All TooGoodTo™ products are covered for one (1) year from the original purchase date. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

If a replacement is approved and the original product is no longer available, a comparable item of equal value may be provided.

4. Limited and Special Items

Limited-edition, special-finish, or customized TooGoodTo™ products are covered under the same One-Year Limited Warranty for functional defects. Minor variations in appearance, color, or finish are considered normal and are not regarded as defects.

5. How to Request Warranty Service

• Proof of purchase – Please keep your order confirmation or receipt.
• Provide details – Photos or a short video may be required to assess the issue.
• Submit your request – Contact our support team to initiate a warranty claim.
• Return if requested – If inspection is necessary, we will provide clear return instructions.

Once approved, we will offer an appropriate resolution, such as a repair or replacement.

Warranty Terms & Limitations

TooGoodTo™ makes no additional express or implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Liability is limited to the original purchase price of the product. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Any product that has been altered, modified, or repaired by a third party will not be eligible for warranty coverage.
